After breakfast, continue your ascent into the heart of the mountain. Today’s trek takes you through the dramatic Ontulili, Liki, and Mackinder valleys—some of the most beautiful landscapes on Mount Kenya.

Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way before reaching Shipton’s Camp at around 4,200 meters. As you gain altitude, the scenery becomes more rugged and awe-inspiring.

Today is dedicated to acclimatization—key to a safe and successful summit. You’ll take a guided hike to Hausberg Col, allowing your body to adjust to the altitude while enjoying incredible views.

Spend the rest of the day relaxing, hydrating, and preparing mentally for summit day.

Your summit attempt begins early at around 2:30 AM. Under a sky full of stars, trek steadily toward Point Lenana.

Reach the summit just in time for sunrise—a truly unforgettable moment as golden light spreads across the peaks. On clear days, you may even spot Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.

After celebrating and capturing photos, descend back to Shipton’s for breakfast before continuing down to Old Moses Camp for a well-earned rest.

After breakfast, descend through bamboo forests to Sirimon Gate where your driver awaits. Enjoy a relaxing drive back to Nairobi with lunch en route.

Arrive in the afternoon with incredible memories and a true sense of achievement.
